How long does a membership last?

A membership lasts for 1 Full Year, beginning on the date that the account was activated.

Is my credit card information safe?

YES,  We use Paypal for all membership processing, you will be taken to there secure site.

Can I login from school and home?

Yes. If you're a member, you can sign into the site from any computer that's connected to the internet, whether you're at home or at school.

I have an individual membership. Can I share my password with others?

No, members can print materials for their own personal, homeschool, or classroom use only. Sharing of login and password information is strictly prohibited. We do track IP addresses of member logins. If we have reasonable evidence that an account is being shared, TeacherZoo has the right to have your account suspended.

I am part of a school with a building membership. Who can use this account?

Anyone who works in the building can use the account. Teachers, staff, and administrators all have full-access to the site from home or school..

What is your refund policy?

We are sorry but we do NOT offer refunds after signing up. For the reason Full site access is granted at the time a member makes a payment and therefore would have and be able to print off all MEMBERS ONLY materials and then cancel. Again we are sorry.

How do I become a member?

It's easy! Just go to the Members application page and sign up!

How do I change my e-mail address, password, or other account information?

Just go to the VIEW PROFILE at the top right corner where where the login box is. NOTE you must be logged in.

How do I contact you?

 Send us an e-mail. Teacherzoo11@gmail.com Please include your name, username, and account number if you know it, a detailed description of what you need help with.

What if I don't receive a response to my e-mail?

 We make a point to answer each e-mail within 4 buisness days. (You'll usually hear from us much sooner than that.) If you haven't heard back from us, check your computer's spam folder. Make sure you add us to your emails contacts. If you need to resend us a email PLEASE send it to Teacherzoo.customerservice@gmail.com and put (RUSH) in the subject box.
